The Restoration of the Alexander Palace & Bob Atchison
I love how I do this Waah- waaah post yesterday and then something immediately good happens.
First, there were lots of posts about Rob Moshein telling others his father a Beverly Hills Orthopedic surgeon had gained access to Hamou’s medical records and conveyed the information on to his son. According to Justin Edwards, Moshein told this to the wife who Atchison claims was hired by Hamou to kill him. As many of you remember the alleged "murder for hire" scheme turned out to be a big problem for Atchison as the FBI, Homeland Security and the cops reports in the various jurisdictions in California and Texas say they didn’t believe him. It was a bunch of bull shit. Kind of like Atchison’s friend Mike Pyle’s sordid story about Hamou and ‘supposedly’ what the cops told him, all of it turned out to be a bunch of bullshit. As a regular poster on the Legends forum I saw firsthand that most if not all of what Rob Moshein posted was bullshit designed to harass and oppress Hamou and those who defended her, I tend to think like the "anonymous poster on this blog" Rob was pretending to have special knowledge about (hence the reason why Pallasart/Atchison created those websites and current Blog) on Hamou when the smoke cleared it turned out to be bullshit. Rob/Bob’s arrogance is their own downfall neither expected someone to tape record their phone conversations or memorialized in a letter or by any other form of communication. As some one pointed out on this Blog, in Hamou’s lawsuit, Moshein pleadings ‘complains’ about Hamou’s people defaming his father by publishing what ‘supposedly’ he told someone. I guess he never expected anyone to betray him or Bob – guess he was wrong!

According to OmaHamou.com the Director of the State Museum-Preserve, Dr. Sautov has for years worked hard in the conservation/preservation of this palace. It goes on to say that through his efforts and government the World Bank allocated a substantial amount of money towards this palace’s conservation. It appears the Russian government donated the gold for the gilding of the Fydorovsky Cathedral’s dome. I firmly believe its good the Russians are restoring "their" Alexander Palace and if Atchison and his gang aren’t happy..."tough luck", it doesn’t belong to them, it belongs to Russia!

O.k. getting back to Pallasart's Oma Hamou Reality Blog, I've answered their question with a question. Tell all, specifically which "obligation" that's mentioned (and there are several) in those different contracts (Moscow and Pushkin) has Enigma not lived up too?
The obvious answer is they don't know because NO ONE who is a party to those contracts you know like the government of Russia or Dr. Ivan Petrovich Sautov, himself has spoken to ANYONE, period.
At the very least people know that NO ENIGMA HAS NOT FILMED INSIDE OF THE ALEXANDER PALACE but it did contribute money, money that it can produce in the form of a receipt that shows it paid for works it commissioned inside of that palace.
Could it be because of what Bob Atchison and Pallasart did against Oma, Enigma and Sarskaia because they were consumed with jealously?
Could those telephone calls, faxes, emails and such that Bob Atchison sent out to government people, financial institutions and everyone else and via Pallasart's web site, the "Alexander Palace Time Machine" saying Oma had no projects in Russia, was a fugitive on the run, scammed a priest, is a con artist, don't believe her and so on - could any of this impacted or impeded Enigma's projects?
Here are 2 pages from a contract that has Dr. Sautov's signature on it (remember there are several contracts regarding the Alexander Palace and Enigma so I don't know which one "They" are talking about.) Notice the term used "Force Majeure" I wonder if what Bob Atchison/Pallasart did to Enigma if "It" falls under that category?
