REVISED EDITION OMA HAMOU REALITY: "...we asked Google to confirm if any personal information regarding this blog and our account had been turned over to or even been requested by any law enforcement agency. The answer is a resounding NO. Google has NOT even been asked, nor disclosed any information about us at all. If they "had" been, we would have been notified, we weren't. The only way they "would have" is only by Court Order, and we still would have been notified. We weren't. In other words, this is a major WHOPPER! a Double Whopper, with cheese, the "sources" are WRONG or LYING and "Sandman" keeps repeating these falsehoods KNOWING they're false..."

According to the F.B.I it never compromises any of its investigations or sensitive techniques used by the FBI during undercover investigations.

UPDATE: The point is, there are numerous ways that law enforcement agencies have in finding out the idenity of the cowards who hide behind anonymous names that said, one stands amazed at the sheer guts of those behind the blog, Oma Hamou Reality. When people can hide behind a phony name they are emboldened and the judgment they might use in e-mail is lost. Particularly problematic are behaviors like pedophilia, harrassment or stalking to name but a few. The first can connect the idiot to behavior that is widely objectionable and the second can result in investigations and possible criminal charges.

Unnamed writing is responsible for some of the worst internet vices: intemperate “flaming” of opponents, bullying, dishonesty and a general coarsening of language and incivility. Not to mention self-congratulation and score-settling. People like the men responsible for the creation of the Oma Hamou Report, The Tangled Affais of Enigma, Hamou and Sarskaia websites and the blog, Oma Hamou Reality behave badly when they think they are invisible. The statements often published on the blog, Oma Hamou Reality as I've pointed out are wrong, incorrect, inaccurate, made up, misguided, fabricated, delusional and just not true.

Masked balls were an opportunity for licentious behaviour in a buttoned-down society because (supposedly) no one knew who was who. People who would not dream of being rude in day-to-day transactions feel no such constraints behind the wheel, because the four walls of the car offer the illusion of anonymity; in my experience, drivers with tinted windows are far more aggressive than those without.

T. S.Eliot favoured anonymity in reviewing, but conceded that “some things are permissible when they appear over one's name which become tasteless eccentricity and unseemly violence when unsigned.” That eccentricity and freedom are what attract some to the blogosphere, but just as many people, I suspect, are deterred from joining in by the unseemly violence that too often accompanies anonymity. The information superhighway is still a place of thrilling high-speed argument-chases with little policing, but one way to cut down on road rage and establish some sort of highway code is to encourage named drivers while sceptically steering clear of anonymous road hogs like those on the blog, Oma Hamou Reality who drive with one hand on the horn. With that said, is it possible the information told to me by those close to Oma Hamou that law enforcement know the idenity of the author of the blog, Oma Hamou Reality and that the person is close to Bob Atchison is true? Yes.

To the folks over on Oma Hamou Reality blog: Stalking is a crime, harassing someone is a crime, registering under a different name and pretending to be the person your stalking is a crime and the people who did this obviously had malice in mind when they created those false profiles. Pretending to be someone else so you can stalk your victim is a crime, forging documents is a crime, conspiracy is a crime, fraud is a crime, lying to the police is a crime, conspiring to harm someone because you don't like them is a crime, tax evasion is a crime, harassment is a crime and what they've done to Oma they did out of hate, that makes this a hate crime. How is it possible that we can arrest men for showing up to a house with the "intent" of having sex without actually causing any damage to a person and others who do things as what has been done to Oma get to walk around free like it isn't a big deal?

The record thus far points more in favor of Oma Hamou telling the truth than it does to Bob Atchison and Rob Moshein. Like others, I believe there are a lot of reasons people should know about the men who operate a web site called the Alexander Palace Time Machine and what they are capable of doing. There's the shaming and accountability side of things. And protection of the community: They could do this to kids.

Let's for a moment take a look at what Rob Moshein wrote on Anastasia Davis's History Forum, "AA Legends of Anastasia:"

Notice the similar flavour and style comparable to the blog Oma Hamou Reality as it has a similar rhythm to that of a malicious stalker. On the 8th of September, 2006 the REAL COURT REPORTER in Case No: GN303141 Atchison v. Hamou affixed her signature to an affidavit that further supports my opinion of Rob Moshein being a lying liar.

Cyberstalking....

UPDATE: There are quite a few websites out there like Bob Atchison's Oma Hamou Reality Blog and his company's Alexander Palace Time Machine's Oma Hamou Report whose sole purpose is getting revenge. Some are blatant about it, specifically the new blog about Oma Hamou is under the rouse that they are "just reporting about someone of questionable morality".

The problem is that it really is about getting revenge. The problem is that all of these sites give cyberstalkers tools to harrass and stalk, embarrass and lie. Cyberstalking which can include both on and offline events. It is extremely frightening. Most cyberstalkers think it is funny, and boast about their crimes.

Although I'd just as soon not read anything either Atchison or Moshein should write - it takes a pretty twisted piece of work to come up with something like the Oma Hamou Reality blog and Oma Hamou Report. There aren't a whole lot of folks that convincing, but I'll agree they're out there. Yet anyone with that kind of sociopathy not only knows or has figured out how to 'fake it' so far as sympathetic emotion goes - but they also know how to play dumb when they have to or just because they feel like it. Playing dumb and other forms of deceit are power trips all their own. Manipulative also falls into the profile of sociopath. Bob Atchison told Peter Kurth and others, he did not create Oma Hamou Report but knew who did but according to the Los Angeles Police Department report Atchison admits he alone created the Oma Hamou Report website. In turn the police downloaded the content of that site and marked it as one of their Exhibits which I assume will now be used against Atchison in any criminal charges filed against him. Take a look at how Ted Bundy went about defending himself when he went to trial. The last thing a sociopath is, is stupid. The first thing they are is manipulative and deceitful. Bob and even Rob are a classic - I hope some psyche professor is keeping an eye on this whole mess. It would make a great case study.

Last year, we copied the Timeline of Events that led to Oma Hamou's criminal conviction 18 years ago which was posted on Hamou's personal web site (OmaHamou.com) that refuted the made up timeline of events reported on both Bob Atchison's Alexander Palace Time Machine (Oma Hamou Report) and his and Rob Moshein's "Oma Hamou Reality Blog".

Oma Hamou's timeline of events regarding her criminal convictions included things like child abuse and domestic violence. Domestic violence should not happen to anybody. It isn't funny. Ever. Period. It is the most common cause of injury to women ages 15 to 44. Victims may suffer physical injuries such as bruises or broken bones. They may suffer emotionally from depression, anxiety or social isolation. It is hard to know exactly how common domestic violence is, because people often don't report it. There is no typical victim. It happens among people of all ages. It affects those of all levels of income and education.

As a matter of fact because the courts were well informed and involved in the divorce, domestic violence and child abuse issues they sympathizied with Hamou and were lenient. They did not find anything funny about the events which led to Hamou's criminal conviction for writing a bad check in the states of Montana, Utah and Wyoming. Only a sicko could laugh about something so horrific. The fact remains, had Marcus Demian, Hamou's then husband did what he represented to the courts he would do, Hamou would have never been convicted. I believe the courts who are going to hear the prosecutors case against Rob Moshein, Bob Atchison and whoever else they are going to charge with the commission of a crime against Oma Hamou -- I don't think anyone in that court room setting is going to agree with Bob Atchison & Rob Moshein's way of thinking.

Fortunately, there is a new e-annoyance law (created to make online harrassment a felony and prevent offline violence). This law is about to be tested as cases that I am aware of are being prepared and prosecuted. I and so many others are amazed at how far Bob Atchison, Rob Moshein and "friends" are willing to go in order to terroize and harm Oma Hamou. The sheer audacity of them registering yet again on classmates.com using Hamou's name or another made up name and send messages just because they believe they are ordained by God to terroize this woman is despicable. Those IP's and other information connected to the various names on classmates.com have been provided to law enforcement. Both Bob Atchison and Rob Moshein can continue to pretend they didn't tell anyone to do this or that and know nothing about this or that but Charles Manson never “technically” put his own hands upon his victims but he “made it happen” by manipulating people. That’s the premise upon which he was convicted: that he had INCITED it. Same thing here. Bob Atchison and Rob Moshein have incited amongst other things, others to harm Oma Hamou and they should be held accountable as Manson was when he incited those murders.
