Mike Newson Apologizes to Rob Moshein

While it is true that I did close my wine shop "The Cellar", I have NEVER declared Bankruptcy, either personally nor for my business, nor did I leave anywhere near $500,000 in debt. THIS IS A FALSE STATEMENT AND IS LIBEL PER SE BECAUSE UNDER TEXAS LAW IT IS LIBEL TO ACCUSE SOMEONE OF BANKRUPTCY WHEN SUCH AS NEVER BEEN FILED. ”After Judge Livingston issued a restraining order against Rob Moshein on February 14, 2005, I sat at counsel table while my attorney and Mr. Moshein went in the back to talk. Their conversation was told to me by my attorney, Mr. Slater. Rob indicated he wanted to settle the portion of my lawsuit dealing with him as quickly as possible and was willing to work towards that end. I was informed by my attorney Rob had confided to him he owed a large sum of money to his business partner because of their failing business venture. Because it has been 3 years and I no longer am in possession of the file record pertaining to Bob/Rob/Pallasart, I don't specifically recall which company Rob was referring too as at the time he was involved with 2 different entities: the Cellar & Equital Investments, Inc. and according to my attorney, he was on the verge of filing bankruptcy..."

Mike, I read on Legends the reason why Rob/Bob claim you have committed adultry with Oma is because the alleged hit man's wife told them you had, is this true? Why would these two numbskulls claim because she said so, it must be true, they do claim to be an author, attorney, historian so why make such a claim without evidence. If Mr. Moshien says that he did not file bankruptcy, and your comment is the first time that I have heard such a denial and demand for apology then I accept his word and withdraw the comment, and apologize for it. Bankruptcy is not a dishonor, in fact it is a Constitutional Right and I never at any time meant to imply that the act of declaring Bankruptcy was any reason to feel shame.

It was simply the fact that both had left business debt behind, yet for one it was OK, but for the other it was not. It is this inequity that I was trying to point outI was told, according to my recollection of the time, that Rob told this tale to Oma’s lawyer presumably as a reason to be kind to Mr. Moshein while they were first at court, back when the courts told him, “"The court finds and concludes that third party plaintiffs have shown a likelihood of success on the merits of this cause, that a temporary injunction is necessary to prevent harm to Ms. Hamou. That unless injunction lies, third party plaintiffs (ed.: Oma, et. al.) will be without any adequate remedy at law, in that no amount of damages will be able to repair the loss of reputation to the parties.” and it worked --- as the agreement that was drafted up was that Rob and Bob pay $1.00 each and agree to retract what they said about Oma, apologize and stop doing what they had done to Oma, and they at first agreed in principle to this. Later this all fell apart.

In my mind the issue is one that goes much deeper, it is the point that Rob did have a business fail, and while he did not disclose how much debt he owed, “nor did I leave anywhere near $500,000 in debt.” He did, by his word in that quote, leave debt. Yet this has always been a key issue on the website that Rob claimed ownership of. Why is it that it was OK for him, but it made Oma someone who, from the picture they painted, was beneath contempt? According to them her company having debt made her a scammer and someone who one should not do business with and in fact this factor added on to the others which they claimed were real made her into some one that Rob HAD to warn the world about.

As to the claim that I have had sex with Oma I categorically deny any and all allegations that I have had any such relations with her at any time. I have said this before and have previously demanded a cease and desist of such claims, and I also now demand a retraction and apology. I went through this before back when it first happened. I denied it then, I denied it to the so called “hit man” and I deny it now. Am I emotionally attached to Oma? The answer is yes, but there are lines and boundaries. Those lines and boundaries Oma and I have not crossed. One can love someone with out there being a sexual relationship.In many respects the two situations are analogues. In both it is a third party that said that the situation was real. In my case I assumed that what a officer of the court reported represented what Rob had said and was valid, but it is possible that Rob had spoken in hyperbole, under the heat of the moment, which lead to this situation.

As to the other situation “heat of the moment” is not nearly accurate enough. There was plenty of raw emotion flying around, and emotions were raw and much force was applied to cause me to fold. This situation is just one of those levers and threats that was used against me, however their implying it or even saying it, as they have no personal knowledge of any such event happening, (other than an admitted emotional but platonic relationship) does not make the conclusion true and in fact the heat of the situation makes their claims more than suspect.

Yes, my life is no longer the same, I have undergone much hurt and pain simply because of the allegations made against me. However, I have no reason to disbelieve what Oma has claimed, and she indeed backed up her words with documentation. The damage is done, I doubt that I will ever live it down completely and will for the rest of my life be defending myself against this. Have the many times I have been turned down for jobs recently been caused by someone doing a web search on me? I don’t know but at times it is hard to keep going. We wonder if Rob Moshein will retract and apologize for his blatantly false statements he made about Mike Newson and Oma Hamou?

When people do a web search on Oma Hamou the first sites to come up is Pallasart’s Oma Hamou Report and Miz ThanG, Oma Hamou Reality's blog. Pallasart provides a link to both Oma Hamou Reality blog and Rob Moshein Speaks Out blog. The fact that Oma even attempts to correct what is out there about her on her own forum no less, is something the OHR blog puts down yet it sings Rob Moshein's praises for doing the same thing.

Rob Moshein has admitted he used to own a blog about Oma but don’t anymore and he has published he once owned a website about Oma. Okay, if we were to believe Rob's telling the truth then why on earth would Bob Atchison tell the FBI, US Marhshalls, law enforcement in Texas and in California that he created the website Rob claims he created? Bob's ego is massive and I don't think he was lying to the police, I beleive he created it and Rob took the blame for it. In Oma's published statements she said the police told her Pallasart was behind the OHR blog so I ask why should we the public not believe her when she so far has been able to prove she’s not lying?

The OHR blog claims they are just publishing statements that they've been told by the police, court reporters, people who knew Oma and the public record. Yet when either Mike Newson, Oma Hamou or someone else points out what they've published is incorrect meaning not true and provide proof in the way of dcoumentation the OHR blog has steadfastly refused to retract or offer an apology. They keep repeating cutting and pasting their, "I don't want to lose the forest B.S. which makes them 'legally' accountable for those words. They have come right out and accuse Oma of having committed the crime of such as but not limited too (love the use of that word) kidnapping, identity theft, pornography, fraud and other lieblous actions. We at APO (my blog) have pointed out the link they provide to the California Business Bureau does not rate Enigma (Oma's film company) as a D instead it gives it A. We've been pointing this one fact out to them for years to no avail so there comes a point in this saga when one asks why does the OHR blog sound a bit like it has an axe to grind?

Rob Moshein published a false statement about the reason why Penny Wilson and Greg King shut down the forum part of their website. Oma published what really went down between Rob and his friends and her on the KW forum and it didn’t happen the way Rob said it did. Russophile and Boris Romanov who are participants on this forum (OmaHamou.com) and on the KW forum will tell you, that Rob's statement just doesn't jive with reality. He may believe he has the power to control Ms. Wilson and Greg King on some superficial level but he doesn't and the events he described didn't happen exactly the way he told it. But we've all seen him do this same thing on other public forums and even on his/Bob's Alexander Palace Time Machine forum.

Remember, Bob Atchison is a master manipulator - he had ability to manipulate Rob an attorney by profession to violate a court order, Bob Atchison had the ability to manipulate his own trial attorney who committed perjury because she believed her cleint was telling her the truth, he had the ability to manipulate everyone into believing Hamou hired someone to murder him to end his lawsuit against her, if he could do all this whose to say he isn't manipulating the OHR blog?
I believe Rob Moshein created the OHR blog when he discovered I had started a blog about him and his friends hijacking the Legend of Anastasia forum. I believe he may be telling the truth in that he no longer contributes to the OHR blog and I strongly believe the main culprit behind the blog at this point is Bob Atchison. Oma Hamou has exposed Bob Atchison in a way that he has NEVER BEEN EXPOSED. His lies are naked for all to see it reminds me of the story of the Emperor who wore no clothes. He reigns as the Emperor on his Alexander Palace Time Machine website. He is Master of His domain. I believe Oma is telling the truth. One last thing, the folks over on the OHR blog do read both of my blogs on the Bob Atchison & Oma Hamou Saga as often they've made comments about it. I have published both Mike Newson and Oma Hamou's Cease & Desist letters on both of my blogs but like Rob who seemed to willingly and knowingly violate a court order, and Bob who willing and knowingly committed perjury, conspired with others to put Oma in jail for crimes she has never committed and all sorts of other nasty things I would say the OHR has remained true to form of those on Atchison's team. That is, they don't give a rats bum about how their actions affect and does affect Hamou, actions which under current law, they are going to do whatever it takes to bring Oma Hamou down and whoever else is on her side.

Lying and Deception in Honor-Shame

In various essays and The Cultural Dictionary of the Bible, Context Group scholar John Pilch has written about the phenomenon of lying and deception in honor-shame societies, where lies are seldom moral failures. Deceiving enemies is honorable, because it's not "really lying"; it’s simply depriving them of the respect and honor to which they have no right as rivals. Likewise, lying in order to maintain harmony among friends is honorable, because it also isn't "really lying"; it's simply making them feel good and giving them the face they deserve as friends. It's shameful to tell the truth if it dishonors or hurts the feelings of a friend or family member. In collectivist (group oriented) cultures, truth has more to do with appearances than reality.

A Texas Court Issued a Temporary Injunction against Rob Moshein

Despite a Restraining Order being in place, in one of several 'private messages' from Atchison's Alexander Palace Time Machine website, Rob Moshein "knowingly & willingly" violated this Order.

Bob Atchison knew the Order was in place yet he encouraged Rob Moshein to violate it.

I had some time and thought this might be as good a spot as any to reflect on a few things.

Over all I have seen a trend in those who have paid attention to this ongoing verbal war, with all of its thrusts of attack and those of defense, in that eventually when they are exposed to a adequate dose of reality they do see the truth of Oma’s position and fall away from Bob/Rob point of view. And speaking of defense, one has to realize that defense is not just correcting the false or misleading statements of those attacking Oma (Bob/Rob, et al.) something that has had all but insignificant effectiveness in the past, but also remember that a good defense is sometime a offence, that is one has to show who is doing the attacking, why they attack (something that is still a very murky subject to me), and how reliable of a source are they?

When you find that the attacking side is doing basically everything that they claim that Oma is doing wrong and yet they see no wrong in their own actions it must lead one to wonder and question the core character of these people. When you see them come down on Oma for a single minor error in recollection as if they had won the war, yet while she admitted to the error, they still in the face of massive documentation showing that what they claim is not the truth, and in fact that their story it is libelous and hateful, (a true hate crime) they refuse to alter their course. And by corollary the fact that Oma has not only admitted when she made mistakes but also corrected their story about her, even to the point of adding on things that they say make her this “devil” incarnate, should go to show her basic underlying core of being. And to be honest the point of view of the two courses of action should force one to evaluate the basic story of each side in the light of each sides own action.

For me the whole question of is Oma telling the truth or is Rob/Bob (They or them is how I usually put it as in all reality one is the other, and the other is the one) is summarized by the courts statement of:

"The court finds and concludes that third party plaintiffs have shown a likelihood of success on the merits of this cause, that a temporary injunction is necessary to prevent harm to Ms. Hamou. That unless injunction lies, third party plaintiffs (ed.: Oma, et. al.) will be without any adequate remedy at law, in that no amount of damages will be able to repair the loss of reputation to the parties.”

The point is very simply that an objective third party looked at the evidence and declared that what “They” were doing was wrong. The clincher for me is that not only in the face of that reprimand did they continue do the same things, (as if they were above the law), but they expanded their reach and add on to it not only in breadth but scope when they included me in a false and misleading diatribe, and then we saw how they attacked others like Penny, and Peter among others in a similar manner. And when you look at it in this light, one is forced to consider that Oma is not a exception to “their” basic core, but instead is a key example of who they really are at heart.

Frank said that he made up his own mind, that HE was above being manipulated by propaganda techniques wielded by those attacking Oma. And indeed “they” are masters of these techniques. If you will but objectively study what they say and do you will discover this. However the point is that we all are swayed everyday by others word and thoughts, advertising is prime example. We are fed information, some may or may not be true, but in general it takes way to much effort to discover for yourself is it or isn’t it true. A principle used extensively by the propaganda technique called the “Big Lie.” So often we chose what to believe on the strength of our own weaknesses, or the other sides perceived strength. One is way more likely to believe ones friends (or perceived friends --- if you have the time, do a search on sociopaths and their methods and techniques and see if you do not see a close relationship between what we have seen from “them” and these methods and or symptoms of this social disorder…) Especially notice the two sides, the oh so nice, bask in the warm glow of their “friendship” side and the “green monster” side that only the singled out victim sees. Until the victim speaks up and then those who are on the “friend” side can not reconcile the two sides of the attacker, the one they see and the one the victim sees, and all to often they chose what they see without doing the effort to discover the reality and remain on the friend side, until they do something to put them on the other side and they see the “green monster” for themselves, but by then it is too late. Also notice how those affected by this disorder manipulate others into being the one who attacks, so that they sit alone in victim-hood engendering pity from all that can be drawn into the net.

I could go on for pages about the propaganda techniques used to manipulate those who “they” hope to place under “their” sway, and about the methods that a sociopath uses compared with what we have experienced in the attacks on Oma and even to a lesser (although equally painful) extent, myself. But I have done so for many pages in the past and if you are honest with yourself and wonder just which side is doing what, then I leave it to you to verify the facts, and the methods and make up your own mind as to the truth of the various positions.

However, a few simple examples do stand out that might insert the merest of cracks in (for those on the Oma is the devil side of the war, and if you do not think this is a religious issue, then ponder the fact that Bob was told to bring Oma down in a vision…) … anyway, continuing on with the main thought see if the following example does not cause the merest of cracks in your preconceived notions about the intrinsic believability of Bob and to a lesser extent his main disciple Rob. The “et. al.” are the lesser disciples and members of Bob’s flock of believers. (It does not hurt to read up on Cult methods of control either along with sociopaths and propaganda techniques. It never hurts to understand how others can control your mind, while leaving you thinking that you have control of your thoughts. And as a corollary to this, someone who is attempting to control your thoughts does not want to you understand the techniques used. …think about it….)

The one example currently under discussion and thus with the most recently posted evidence is the concept of who is behind all the Hate Oma websites and Blogs? And to be honest it does not really matter if it is Rob/Bob personally or one of their converts. In fact the presence of people like Frank make even stronger the case for Oma and against “them.” It matters not who is the “real” person behind the thoughts, is it Rob? Bob? Mike Pyles? --- or any of the others, who in the past, have assisted Bob in his undertaking to bring Oma down. It matters only that they all speak with one voice, that of Bob’s. When you traverse the history of this conflict you will find at the beginning Bob created the first Hate Oma site on his own site, the Alexander Palace Time Machine, and from there the others have been spun, and typically not virally as one would expect but serially one after another. (The serial nature of the attacks tend to support the hypothesis that one person is ultimately behind this.) From free web host to free web host, each one being shut down as the owners of the host found that indeed the message was one that violated their terms of service as being a message of hate, and yet a steady progression of these Hate-Oma, Oma is the Devil, Oma must be exposed to the world, sites exist. One after an other was shut down followed by the same basic content in a new site. Each one, after the first, all decried that Bob, and by implication Rob as we have continually lumped Bob’s main disciple Rob into Rob/Bob or “Them,” had nothing to do with the current Hate-Oma site. It was so gratifying to find eventually that one of the sites kept the sign up record which proved that Palasart (Bob’s company of which Rob was a part of at a one point in time, Go look at the archive.org records, the proof is there. Not to mention that they both live in the same house…) Anyway, Palasart was the assigned the permanent IP that was used to create the account. So here was proof that although they said that they were not Rob or Bob, yet the evidence said otherwise. So which one lied, the one that said they had nothing to do with these sites, or the hard documentation that they lied, that Palasart/Rob/Bob was indeed the agent behind the sites? This site was shut down as all the other before them, and then we found the next in the series to be one with a “paid” hosting service that hid behind a owner that could not, in violation of ICAN rules, be found, and the domain name was protected by the newly discovered “privacy registration” again they proclaimed that this was some one other than Rob or Bob, they again hid and proclaimed that all they did was to protect the world against Oma, that the world must know what a evil person she was, just look at all that she had done! And again the mixture of truth leading to false or misleading conclusions existed. Eventually the owner of the hosting company had to quit, and the new owner could be contacted, one thing lead to another and as the ownership of the domain name was under the new owner, we offered to buy it, instead we find that ROB popped up as the owner, and at around the same time, BOB popped up as claiming owner ship of it to the police. Which was the true owner? I submit that it is Rob "and" Bob, or Bob and Rob, sometimes I am unsure as to the true order, as they are one and the same in heart, mind and action. Is it by Bob’s decree that his disciple acts, or does Rob do what he does from some other reason? The main point is that that site had stated categorically that “They” (Rob/Bob/Palasart) were not involved in any way, yet it turned out to be a blatant lie. A lie that lead the courts to say, "The court finds and concludes that third party plaintiffs have shown a likelihood of success on the merits of this cause, that a temporary injunction is necessary to prevent harm to Ms. Hamou. That unless injunction lies, third party plaintiffs (ed.: Oma, et. al.) will be without any adequate remedy at law, in that no amount of damages will be able to repair the loss of reputation to the parties.” No matter how one squirms around the facts, the fact still remains the court found reason to believe that Rob, and by extension - Bob, libeled Oma. That is they lied! They lied not only about who was behind the site, but they lied about Oma.

Now we have the next in the series --- a blog. A blog which carries on the exact same content and the exact same declaration that Bob/Bob et. al. are not behind it. A belief that strains the imagination based on the whole of the past history. Yet if indeed it was some old, or new disciple, then this actually makes stronger Oma’s position that she is indeed in danger from the source, Bob, and of course his disciple Rob --- as one is the right hand of the other.

There are many more examples that can be found. such as take for comparison many of Bob's written sworn to be true statements and his Verbal sworn to be true statements to support the position that they do not and can not tell the truth about Oma, --- remember that Bob was told in a vision to take her down, and it appears that ends justify the means in their minds. Still the main point of all this is that the merest crack of doubt as to the veracity and intent of Bob/Rob should exist. Not only did they lie about who was behind the site, but they continued on in the attack in the face of the courts opinion of their actions and the validity of their accusations.

Pallasart's Oma Hamou Report Website

Declares the site does not belong to Bob Atchison.

Now, read what Bob Atchison told the police in Austin Texas, the FBI and in California that HE created the website Oma Hamou Report he did it because he wanted to warn the public about Oma Hamou's character. Law enforcement from all these different agencies went to his website and downloaded a copy of the eleven (11) page Oma Hamou Report website which they said outlined Atchison's ALLEGATIONS against Oma.

Reading Oma Hamou Report website (above document) it states it was last updated on July 30, 2004 yet on July 16, 2004 he contacts law enforcement and ADMITS to creating the website Oma Hamou Report. To the public and his friends he reports he has nothing to do with this website. Comparing the similar style writing of the blog Oma Hamou Reality to Atchison's other sites about Hamou it seems credible that Atchison created the blog. It screams, they are not connected to Atchison, Moshein or Pallasart yet the public has been lied too in the past so why believe them now?

In Bob Atchison's Oral Deposition Case No. 303541 Atchison v. Hamou - January 11, 2005, while under oath he says he didn't know anything about the website Oma Hamou Reality and learned about it through his attorney. However, in July 2004 he told the police in Austin, Texas, the FBI and other law enforcement agencies in California that he created the web site known as Oma Hamou Report. Here is a copy of Bob Atchison's Deposition where he states under oath that he has never contributed any text to the site known as Oma Hamou Report.


On the forum "Legends of Anastasia" both Mike Newson and Justin Edwards said the web site known as Oma Hamou Report was first published in May 2004. The IP log records belonging to Oma Hamou Report show it belonged to Pallasart Web Ventures a company owned by no other than the Alexander Palace Time Machine website owner, Bob Atchison.

Take note of the name used to create the account for Pallasart's Oma Hamou Report web site: "Ernst VonHesse" - Bob Atchison told law enforcement he created the web site Oma Hamou Report and like the police, I believe he did.

Today Oma Hamou issued yet another warning to the folks over on Oma Hamou Reality blog:

To the creators of the Oma Hamou Reality Blog, I demand that you immediately ‘cease and desist’ from making false, defamatory and libelous statements concerning me. The statements on the Blog published or otherwise communicated to third parties concerning Enigma, Sarskaia and/or myself have been blatant fabrications, self-serving, and demonstrate a course of conduct calculated to harass and oppress. Such conduct exposes you and all involved to substantial liability. I strongly caution you to refrain from further such publications or other communications to third parties. The information provided on Pallasart’s “Oma Hamou Report” (“OH Report”) and its Alexander Palace Time Machine’s the “Tangled Affairs of Hamou, Enigma & Sarskaia” (“AP Report”), together with the Blog Oma Hamou Reality, has been and remains libelous. The authors of these various sites should not infer, based on incomplete information or the absence of information, that certain events happened, or did not happen, in my life. Throughout this whole ordeal one point has stood out above all others. You have to be very careful in reading Rob Moshein’s words. He does have a way with words, when you read his statements, the way he says things lead you to believe one thing, while the real meaning is different. I also have to stand back and “admire” (in a word smith way) his and Bob Atchison’s ability to take a portion of a fact and add on to it and twist it around until they have taken you down the garden path to a conclusion that is not supported by the facts. Not only are their conclusions not supported but typically the facts are only stated and never documented. Yet, such is their skill that one believes the whole chain of thoughts right up to and including the conclusion that twists the whole construct of words into a falsehood.

At least Oma Hamou in the past, as now, when she found that she had made a mistake has admitted and corrected herself, while we have spent yards and yards of words correcting “them” (Rob/Bob, et. al.) and they just keep saying the same things. Even now what I am reading in Rob’s comments leads me to believe that in spite of all that Oma has provided to show that her points are valid and documented, that because she made one recent mistake on a number, that the WHOLE of Oma’s words are false. Yet even though those on Hamou's side have shown point, after point, after point, all backed up with documentation to demonstrate that what he claims in regard to Oma is not correct --- he still writes as though “HE” should be believed. Although he does not provide the transcripts or other documentation confirming specific events --- we are expected to believe what he said on the strength that he said it.

Mike Newson, Hamou's attorneys and others have seen firsthand how Oma goes to “pieces” while under their guns. Such that she has said things without fully thinking them through, more of a reaction rather than a response. Such as the recent error on the two judges. What I like about her is that in such instances she humbly accepts the corrections and admits to the mistake. Throughout this verbal war, she has been on the defensive, which is probably never been clearer than in the recent skirmish. She is defending herself by showing that what they claimed is not the complete truth, attempting to create doubt in their conclusions.

The largest basis for their claims is “because Fact X is true, and Fact Y is true (and because “I” {images of greatness and trust are implied in how they do this} am the one saying it), then my false conclusion is also Truth (with a capital T)” thus you should believe me and everything I say. One of their standard methods is to denigrate anyone who opposes them. As in Oma must be telling lies as she was convicted of writing bad checks once. Thus even the Judge KNEW that she was telling lies, and Rob Mosehin gives the impression that just because the lawyer at George & Brothers, LLP who presented the testimony is associated with this known “Hardened Criminal” that the lawyer is not to be believed either. I love how he writes such that HE KNOWS what was in the mind of the judge, as in this statement “Her failure to appear was one reason among others why Judge Livingston denied the Continuance Motion.” Again it is as if since the previous words had some truth, then you must believe this statement of conclusion also.

Another example is this line, “WHEN ASKED TO PRODUCE MEDICAL RECORDS TO SUPPORT HER CLAIM OF ALLEGED "ILLNESS", SHE COULD NOT.” (The underline and emphasis was added by Oma.) The implication was Oma was there and the Judge asked her and she was unable and in fact COULD not document her claim of bad health, with the inference that she was lying as she was never sick in the first place and that's why the court didn't believe her attorney. Which conclusion, as you read the rest of the statement, is encouraged by the writer.

When you dig a bit you notice that he is in effect saying that Oma was present and could not produce the evidence as she was not and had not been sick. Yet the facts do not support the conclusion. Also notice the negative connotations throughout. There is never any attempt to be an impartial story teller; in every case the intent is to put the most negative slant possible on any situation involving Oma Hamou.
